hello everybody i am a new pitbull owner from California. i got a pitbull about a week ago. i love him to death already he is a great dog. i would love if any of you would give me advice on how to raise it and give a great life. Socialize, socialize & socialize!! That's one of the best things you can do for your dog, to make him a positive member of society! Take him every where you can exspecially now, while he's young. Expose him to all kinds of animals, noises, people, places and situations. Rule of thumb, the dog should be exposed to atleast 100 different things by the time they are 6 mos. old. Good luck and enjoy!!
