www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=89862011375&ref=mfPits & Perception Art Exhibit: "Punish The DEED, Not the BREED" Global Basic Info Type: Common Interest - Pets & Animals Description: Do you want to help dispel the nationwide myth about Pit Bulls that is being perpetuated by the media? Pit Bulls, when properly trained, are among our best companion animals. "Dangerous Dogs" are the result of irresponsible owners and we believe that the public needs to "Punish the DEED, not the Breed." Contemporary artist Cyrus Mejia challenges the current-day perception of these dogs by depicting them close-up, larger than life, and inviting the viewer to question how they see and perceive pit bulls. The "Pits & Perception" exhibit comes to Philadelphia in Fall 2009. Contact Info Email: Website: www.cyrusmejia.com/ Location: Philadelphia, PA

Scott and I are planning on going to this. Anyone else interested? If anyone wants to meet up, we can see the exhibit then maybe hit up a bar or restaurant afterwards.

When you find out a date, can you let me know? I would love to go down to see the exhibit and do a restaurant, but Tim and I won't do the bar thing.
