That was point-on and powerful! My only question comes from that being the first time I've heard of "laughing" or "cackling" from Vick while he killed the dogs. Is there anything that backs that up? I hadn't heard of Vick laughing while torturing those innocent animals to death. Just wondering where that information came from?
