I forwarded it to a bunch of contacts in FL as well as the National Rescue Hotline. JUST got an email that said the dog has a rescue pullinghim. *fingers crossed*
Got this email and that pic first thing in the morning and it just broke my heart. Was almost late for work trying to scramble around and forward.

Now I hear from a confidential source that rescue he is going to doesn't have a great rep. Oh gawd, this poor dog. MAYBE he will be lucky and end up ok. This is why I am SO hesitant to do the 'rescue help 911 urgent NEEDS OUT NOW' kind of crossposts because people are so anxious to know a dog is 'saved' that they don't do the background checking they need to do.........
