I forwarded it to a bunch of contacts in FL as well as the National Rescue Hotline. JUST got an email that said the dog has a rescue pullinghim. *fingers crossed*
Got this email and that pic first thing in the morning and it just broke my heart. Was almost late for work trying to scramble around and forward.

This is why I am SO hesitant to do the 'rescue help 911 urgent NEEDS OUT NOW' kind of crossposts because people are so anxious to know a dog is 'saved' that they don't do the background checking they need to do......... |
