Hello,
I found your site while searching the Internet. I am a veterinary technician at Central Veterinary Hospital in Knoxville, TN.
We have recently acquired two pit bulls due to their owner going to prison. The owner has been a client of ours for over two years and has always provided the best veterinary care for his dogs. Sadly, the dogs are "parentless" now and have been boarding at our clinic for a little over two months. Their time is quickly running out. I have tried desperately to find a local rescue to take them with no success. Yes, we have local humane organizations, but unfortunately pit bulls are usually euthanized upon arrival there!!!
This is a brief description of the dogs:
Guage:
intact male; Four years old; current on all vaccs. Unfortunately he is not dog friendly and needs to go to a only animal home.
Luda:
intact female; approx four years old; current on all vaccs. She is dog friendly, but not sure about cats.
THESE DOGS HAVE NEVER BEEN USED AS FIGHTING DOGS!!!!
I would be more than happy to supply you with ANY info and pics of the dogs including their medical histories and special considerations for possible adoption.
I can also check into possibly having them spayed and neutered at our clinic.
I would greatly appreciate any information, help or advice that you could give me with regard to helping me save these two wonderful dogs' lives.....and getting them into a loving and caring home.
Thank you in advance....from myself, our veterinary clinic and most importantly, Luda and Gauge!!!
Sincerely,
Angela Jordan
