Thank god for the fence which btw not very high. Rocky barked at some deer in neighbors yard and ran along fence line with them. Just as I thought he was about to jump the fence. I Called him and he came friggen running at full speed. All I had available was a rather large cookie. Im Jumpin for joy. I thought this dog did not have much of a recall.

WOW! Good Job Rocky!!! That is one thing I do not think I could ever have done with Boomer. His prey drive took over his brain and body. I can not count how many times I stood in our yard calling for Boomer as he chased some rabbit (Or other creature that was small and runs) into a brush pile then proceeds to try to wedge himself into the same tiny hole the rabbit ran in...He never did manage to fit into any of our brush piles I always had to get him out because hed get stuck.

Thanks but if the fence was not there he would have been long gone. I used my I mean it now voice. No sweet little Rocky come. It was ROOOCK (with a grovel voice) "Lets go NOW" with an emphasized the "Now". This has become reliable. Unless he gets out of the yard. THen he becomes deaf.
