So I finally got around to uploading some pics of my foster dog Devin. These are pretty early ones and don't include my favorites (such as her yawn/great white shark impersonation pic) but here they are. First here is Devin on the first day we got her. Poor thing had been barely saved from being put down in a pound, only to spend a year in a private kennel that the rescue group rents from. She is just so skittish no one wanted her. Her patented woe is me look. Now usually reserved for when I catch her trying to grab food off the table. This is her a few days later, still scared but brave enough to try to kill a tennis ball. (Tennis balls are apparently her eternal enemy.) Finally a shot of the first day she looked relaxed and curious, took the better part of a week but she came out of her shell. It's a slow process but she's becoming braver by the day. I'm sure given a little more time some lucky family will connect with her no problem.

;D She is soo sweet. Yes I love the Knee Socks too. My snikers was a rescue from a home that abused him too. OMG I barely remember what it was like when we brought him home for the first time. He was soo scared that he stayed in one spot in the living room with a stuff elephant toy I got him and hugged it the whole time. He was even afraid of concret soo it was really hard to get him out the door to the grass without either carrying him out or briving him with treats that led to the grass. BUt not he is a totally different lovable happy dog that its weird when I think back when we adopted him at the SPCA.
