PSA: PAWS Offering FREE Spay/Neuter for Pit Bulls
Martha is quite happy to not have any unwanted puppies.
Got pit bull? Got pit bull that can still breed and make baby pit bulls, which is about the last thing Philadelphia or the world needs since most of the dogs in the shelters are unwanted pits (and will be killed)?
For a limited time only, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is offering FREE spay/neuter surgeries for all pit bulls and, since there are really no such thing as a pure pit bull breed, pit bull mixes.
Service will include a pre-op exam, the snip-snip, one year of vaccinations, and a micro-chip in case you’ve got a runner on your hands.
The deets: All surgeries will be performed at the PAWS/Spay-Neuter and Wellness Clinic located at 2900 Grays Ferry Ave. Schedule an appointment at 215.296.9680.
