I got Babe the dental puck Orka toy last night and boy does she ever love it.
Will have to test and see how well it holds up, but she chewed for several hours last night between playing fetch with it and just plain chewing and it shows NO signs of wear yet.
Maybe I have found a toy that will last for more than a day?

Got it at Petsmart for $10. If you google it, you can see some different images of what they are like. It has both the hard rubber part and a knotted rope part - which is great because Babe likes to chew on both surfaces.

Cool thanks for the tip, I'll have to try those out!
So far the only toys I've found that have lasted for more than a day are Kongs and Nylabones (Galileos)

Just remember that lots of toys on the market are potential choking and health hazards (intestinal obstruction, etc). So especially for toys that can break apart (ropes, plush, rubber, etc) always monitor chew sessions. At the first sign of breakage or unraveling, toss the toy.

Well, more than 3 months after getting the toy for Babe, I finally had to throw it away tonight because she was starting to break off pieces of the blue rubber. Overall, this one toy really stood up to her chewing for a good long time.
We got her a frisbee by the same company made of the same material and I think it lasted maybe 2 weeks.
So, I think we'll be getting another of the "hockey puck" ones this weekend when she goes to get her nails done. I swear she pouted when she saw me throw it away. lol
