Conan needs a home

Hey guys, some of you may know me and some of you may not. I'm not much of a talker but I've been trolling RPB for a while now. I don't like asking for help but sometimes it's necessary and now is one of those times.

I have a friend of 10+ years that has just been diagnosed with MS (Multiple sclerosis). She purchased a Pit Bull puppy about a year ago from a friend and due to her condition is now longer able to care for the pup. She came to me first because she knows that I am familiar with the breed and would take very good care of young Conan. Unfortunately my circumstances won't allow me to take him in at the moment, I live with my grandparents who are allergic to dogs. I do plan to move out soon (within the next 6 to 9 months) but she cannot wait that long. I've met him a couple times and I know that right now he is good with children and other animals. I say right now because he is still a pup and his feelings toward other animals may change. He isn't neutered at the moment but as soon as I get back from a trip I am going on I will get that done. Kevin he is very handsome! If you have some more pics so we can see his gorgeous face that would be great too!

Yea he looks better in person....I'll try to get some more pics soon. And yes my friend lives in Edison which isn't too far from me.

Kevin, I've had no luck. You could try PAHS, but they are full. If worse comes to worse, the Edison shelter has improved in regard to pit bull mixes, and they have a volunteer group that might be able to help. Couldn't hurt to call them.

I'll keep my ears open.

Thanks Dave. I just found out yesterday that my friend gave him to a relative. I tried to get on here but the site didn't work for me. Thanks for all the help, I hope he does well where he is.
