I bought a couple of these collars at a recent craft show and they're really cute. I got a pumpkin one for Dugan and a pink sparkly one for Bella. These just have a ring and a snap collar so I wouldn't walk my dogs on them, but since I walk my dogs on a harness these collars are kind of cute as a "decorative" collar and they're cheap. The strength is probably fine for an average dog, but I wouldn't take a chance with mine. This lady just makes these collars in her spare time. The white dog in the picture is her boxer named Rogue. Just thought I would share the link.
