She is 4 years old and has been there for a year. I wonder if they rejected any applications recently or if she just escaped.
	Saving one dog will not change the world - for that one dog the world is forever changed.

I sure could understand how this guy fell so hard for this dog but Geez steeling it because you think they wont approve you? In a weird way I almost feel bad for the guy that he loved the dog too much. I bet though this will help to get the word out that Sugar is available and she will quickly get adopted.
