Oh dear G-d, Pequannock is like half an hour from here...the Mom in me would head right out and take that poor girl in...but she needs more time and resources than I've got and Ophie and the catz and...how could anybody do that to her????!!!!!!

Reminds me of Tivi's case. He was a shar pei-pitbull mix that was found on the side of the road with a broken hip, duck tape covering his mouth and he had recently been set on fire! But he was found by a rescue, taken care and they found him the most awesome owner.

Oh that poor dog...I hope she gets better, she looks like she's already a sweetheart, specially if she was already good tempered and in that much pain..and to be a new mama dog to.

Hope the puppies are ok as well.

Ya know, I hate winter because I can't stand the cold, but THIS story is a perfect example of why I REALLY hate winter. As soon as the temps drop, my mind goes to dogs left freezing in the cold. This sh*t keeps me up some nights.

Just heard 2 houses down from me dogs were taken by ACO someone called and the water bowls were frozen. Next day ACO came back dogs were out in the kennel and he took them. They are very small dogs. Apparently bark all day long til late at night. I cant really hear them from my house as how it is situated. Well only about week later if that the dogs are back that home. I have not heard if they are still out all day. I think the guy was putting them out while he went to work. He is new to street moved in over summer. Never met him, the dogs are very new about a couple of months.
