Do they exist? If not, let's invent them!
In the ecollar debates that used to erupt non-stop on the old rec.pets.dogs.behavior newsgroup, it became clear that some of those who used them for, eg, field trial training were enthusiasts not because they were all gung ho for training methods heavily weighted to aversives per se, but because they operate over long distances, which is kinda handy when your dog is three football fields away. But since sounds, including high quality sound, is at least as easily transmitted as zaps are, why not an R+ electronic remote collar with which you could click your dog at the same distance people currently zap them? It seems like an obvious thing, no?

I'm not sure about clicker collars, but there are vibrating collars. The vibration acts as the click.

What happened to the guy who came to michelle's house that made the clicker ap for his smart phone. I have not seen him on here and I know several people my self included who would love to buy that. Like I can never find my clicker. I lost my 20 something year old one from Karyn Pryor that my dad passed down to me from a seminar. Its around some where just dont have a clue where. So now I only have 1 and it continually disappears.

^ This is why I stash clickers everywhere. I even had one on my keychain for a while ;D

Some brand of dog food that I recently bought (I'm rotating to humor Pablo's newly finnicky taste buds) had clickers inside as a premium. So I have my first clicker. But I don't use it. Free to a good home!
But speaking of losing things, I recently lost my Hohner "Little Lady" mini harmonica AND my Wahlgreen's cardiometer (or "pulse oximeter", as they call it). Yesterday, I found the mini harmonica in the middle of the floor in my bedroom. This morning, after buying a new cardiometer just yesterday, I found my old one in the middle of the driveway. The gremlins are messing with me again!

I'm not sure about clicker collars, but there are vibrating collars. The vibration acts as the click. Oh yeah, I heard about the vibe collars before, but forgot about them! No reason why R+ people shouldn't be fully competitive with shock collar types in field trials then.

I am only using clicker for shaping exercises which I have not been doing. The other day I started making a video for the forum on the box game. Rocky was so pathetic. Not so interested. What a difference a few years makes. I have to go get some better treats too. Carrots dont cut it. Anyway could not find a damb clicker. I need to get some more especially for this program. I want to give them out as door prizes especially to the Cesar fans. LOL
