and WE'RE the creepy ones! ??? ??? ??? Someone needs to remind Kim of all the private emails she sent to everyone pleading to have a conversation and assuring us that we were on the same page (and of course demanding that we not share the emails...). And sending those supporters who have been our friends to chastise us. I got one PM asking why I "hated" Kim And they always use my age against me!! They're the ones that are acting immature, not the 22 year old!

It's funny considering how really nuts Kim has acted online.
Btw, is this email exchange what went on while I was away?

www.facebook.com/animalfarmfoundation"This is a biggie for a Friday afternoon, but it's SO important for advocates to understand....especially when they're faced with discriminatory laws or court rulings. Many of the phrases commonly used by shelters and advocates to defend "pit bull" dogs actually end up harming them, and we've seen examples recently to prove this point. Here's an example out of Maryland. On the left is language used by the Maryland Court of Appeals to justify holding "pit bull" dog owners and their landlords to different standards of liability, based on the false and unscientific notion that "pit bull" dogs are different and more dangerous than all other dogs (for more info, visit: www.animalfarmfoundation.org/files/Maryland-Court_Tracey-v-Solesky.pdf). On the right is language used by shelters/dog adocate to defend and promote "pit bull" dogs. Both sides are making claims based on unscientific claims and misconceptions about dog behavior, canine physiology, and the human-canine bond. Both sides are perpetuating the scientifically inaccurate idea that "pit bull" dogs are a genetically coherent/distinct group of dogs, versus a diverse/growing group of purebred and mixed-breed dogs that are subjectively labeled as "pit bulls" based on their physical appearance). And consider this: every time we say our shelters are "flooded with pit bulls," the public -- and some lawmakers, landlords, and business owners -- assume there MUST be something wrong with "those dogs" if they're being abandoned at such high rates. Today, unfortunately, we heard an example of these same words being used against the dogs as "proof" for why they should be regulated differently, and it was noted that "the shelters themselves are the ones saying this." In reality, the dogs labeled as "pit bulls" are as diverse as the reasons why they enter shelters. What these dogs DO have in common is that fear and misconceptions sometimes make it harder for "pit bull" dog owners to be treated equally and enjoy the same opportunities as other dog owners do. Because the stakes are so high, we challenge everyone to choose their words wisely, based fact and not fiction, and to always consider how our messages are being heard by others. The dogs and their families deserve nothing less. If you have questions or need help, please contact Animal Farm Foundation any time at info@animalfarmfoundation.org, and we'd be happy to assist you."

This is pretty much the equivalent of quoting PETA and Colleen Lynn and blaming it on the pit bull advocates. And, if anything, the reality is exacly the opposite. The consequence of the Solesky ruling is likely to be actual GOOD laws in Maryland possibly including the overturning of existing bans. Because everyone, with the exception of morons like PETA, sees how ridiculous it is.
But.. anything to beat pit bull advocates over the head...

oh and also, per Kim on BMore dogs: "Technically, there's no agreed-upon definition of what a "bully breed" is. To some, it includes rotties, american bulldogs, and even german shepherds. To others, it means APBTs, Am Staffs, and Staffords."
And here I thought that a "bully" should include some component of... let me guess... BULLDOG???

The only category those breeds belong in with the Some of the Bully's is that they can be on the list of dangerous dogs ie-insurance companies etc. I guess someone thinks if a dog is discriminated against that puts it in with Bully Breeds? IDK but AFF use to be advocating for protection of discrimination against any dog that could be considered a pit bull based on its looks. I am very confused with their program and also disappointed in the changes. And frankly just tired and exhausted with it.

I've been beating them over the head of late with their own low adoption stats. They are just another group more focussed on politics than actually helping dogs in any significant numbers, and by 'politics', I mean their obsession with attacking other Pit Bull and dog advocates and NOT the pro-BSL forces.
