I seriously do want to do that with Violet! If only she'd stop letting Agnes the alpaca pee and poop on her :/

I'm in love with a site I just came across called Nuts.com. They have a lot of organic foods in addition to nuts, spices, coffees, etc. I bought a bunch of things the other day including amaranth (my new obsession), farro, and their sample sized portions of habanero pistachios for Jim, raw goji berry snack bites (OMG Yummm), and acai granola (didn't try it yet). I got the package today and they sent me a free sample of raw cacao nibs, too! Somehow in the shipping, my bag of amaranth came open and spilled into the box. It was just a bag issue, really. I emailed them to let them know that their bag opened in case they had been having issues with their bag supplier. I didn't want a refund or anything, because I still got 95% of all that was in the package, but they still offered to send me a brand new package for free Very, very cool company!

You're talking to the woman who puts at least 1 tablespoon of crushed red peppers on everything...there is no such thing as just one!

I downed the remaining goji energy bites this morning and some of the acai cereal, too. I wish I didn't make a giant pot of chicken noodle soup because I'm dying for that amaranth but want to finish up the soup before it goes bad :/

I've been doing so great for the last six months but I find myself slipping back into depression mode again.

If Jim signs his extension, he'll get R&R. So now I'm super excited at the possibility of travelling again since the dogs did so well at boarding.
It's fairly easy to get from Afghanistan to Europe, so I'm thinking of meeting him there. We already did a 12 night Med. cruise and stayed in Rome 3 extra nights, so as much as I love Italy, I kinda want to go somewhere else.
Suggestions?!
