If you have a male and a female, you should be OK. Just remember, though, that siblings can still fight like strangers!

Are you ready for the chance that they one day may want to kill each other? I know it may not apply to you but I've known some people that get two puppies from the same litter because they think it means they will always love each other and be best of friends...and are when one day (as adoptapitbull said) they fight like they never met. That said, OMG you have puppies! They must be adorable...er, adorabull!! lol

Make sure you spend ample time with each separately - training, playing, exercising. Two pups growing up together can bond very closely then as they mature, feed off each in ways you won't like. It is important that you interact with each on an individual basis. Separate crates. Standard APBT management practices apply.
And don't assume that two litter mates will always get along. The good news is that they are opposite sex, so there is less chance of problems as the two mature. But issues, especially with two dogs maturing at the same rate, can still arise. So just be aware of that.

Thanks all for the tips so far. I have considered the troubles when they mature. I probably also should have added i have help from my wife and we are allowed, due to owning our own buisness, the ability to have full time with our pups..already started lots of training, and i am giving time outs if play becomestoo hard for either pup..they get plenty exercise on and off leash...at 12 wks sit ,stay, down, house broke, and doind fairly well at not pulling on leash,,keep any tips coming and ty so much ;D

Sounds like you got it under control That's cool that you have so much time to spend with them. They are a lot of work, but ssssoooooooo worth it.

You should posts some pix on the Photo Fun board. It is not uncommon for APBTs to be under or over standard considering there are no weight disqualifications for the breed. Where did you get your pups? Do you have papers/are they registered?

they look like pitbulls to me. staffordshires are stafforshire bull terriers and are smaller and a different breed from the pitbulls and amstaffs

First check out your other thread therealpitbull.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=pitbull101&action=display&thread=4322&page=1Explains there how they are both Pit bulls APBT And Amstaff However if those numbers you gave are weights of 130 and 110 then I believe they are neither full bred AST or APBT . Someone on here could better explain. I have a neighbor who has what he belives is a full bred pit bull that he bought from a breeder with large parents I am assuming he was told he was buying a pit bull. At the same time I adopted a puppy from a shelter. Mine looks more like an APBT than his. His looks more like something with mastiff mixed in it cause it is so large. I think those large ones may be called American Bully or something like that. What did the breeder tell you the dogs were?

no respectful breeder would sell 2 brothers to someone who didnt have breed experience. please read up on the breed as much as you can as siblings tend to fight more especially same sex, and you might be crating/rotating once they both mature. also get them both neutered as well.
