K. Watched Paranormal activity by myself in the dark. Delilah started barking and I screamed so loud. lol At the very end I paused it so many times and even stopped it and got out of Netflix. It took me 10 minutes to watch the last 15 seconds and now I can't sleep. Awesome movie! Did you see the two alternate endings?

I actually wasn't impressed with the first hour or so. It dragged by and I almost turned it off a few times. I've got my ex thinking it's one of those spoofs. Talking about giant, invisible frogs with teeth. The footprints made me laugh. My favorite part was when he found the picture in the attic. If #2 drags like the first one did I probably won't finish it.

You probably wouldn't like the second one. I think it was actually a little slower than the first.

I'll try to watch it. I've got it on my Netflix queue and I get my movies really fast, so it's not a huge loss if I don't like it.

127 hours was definitely worth it!! the didnt show too much of the one scene, just bits and pieces, so it wasnt that bad, but you knew what he was doing .. it takes alot of guts and faith to do what he did thats for sure.

I don't think I could do it. But you never know what you're capable of until you are in the situation! I think I'd like to see it.

I watched a funny movie yesterday called The Adventures of Power. I loved it! Kind of understated/sarcastic comedy I'd guess you call it?? Like, the movie "pretends" to be serious, but you know it is a comedy. LOL I don't know how else to describe it.
It is about this guy who is a loser/outcast who lives in New Mexico and dreams of being an air drummer. He ends up going to "train" to be an air drummer in Newark, NJ then he goes to a big air drumming competition in NYC. It's hilarious.

Just watched Groundhog Day. I forgot how good that movie is. It's good enough to watch at least once a year!

dare I say I liked TRUE GRIT? Though, having just seen the (more campy) Duke version, I call LIAR on the Coens for claiming they never saw it. If they didn't , the cinematographer sure did, but there are some shot-for-shot recreations.

Saw The Rite, wasn't as bad as the critics made it out to be. There were some jumpy moments and I was more into the story of the possesed girl vs. the possesed guy. I would recommend it as a matinee or if your theater has a special price night They are coming out with a sequel to Groundhog Day, its called Groundhog Day 2: Groundhog Day. lol, jk

So I finally saw The Last Exorcism last night, creeeeeeeepy. I liked it more than The Rite and thought the acting was really well done (since it was that whole "handheld" cameras thing it really did make it feel real). That chick is super freaky and none of her body contortions are CGI (its all her). The ending is very WTF, lol.

Saw Paranormal Activity 2 last night, I don't know. I think I liked the first one better because the second one did seem a little more 'acted' whereas the first one I thought felt more like you really were just watching some home movies. There were a few scenes though that made me jump, and I did like how they gave you a little more info on the whole situation (and loved the spanish housekeeper because I have seen old ladies holding babies in one hand and inscense in the other before ...lol).
